Returns & Exchanges

Full Refund: if the return complies with our requirements, we’ll happily provide a full refund (excluding shipping fees)

Exchange: you can opt for an exchange of the item

Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • The hang-tag must remain attached to the item
  • You must contact our customer service team at admin@ladagebonton.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your item
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received
  • All receipts and paperwork must accompany the return
  • The item must be returned to us within 7 working days from the date you received it

Refund Payments

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to appear. Then, check with your bank, as there may be a processing delay. Return Logistics

Returns must be made via a courier of your choice. We recommend using a signed-for delivery or insuring the item upon delivery (for an additional fee) to protect against damage or theft during transit.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.

We authenticate every vintage and preloved item to ensure that all items sold on our site are 100% genuine.

  • All vintage and preloved items on our site are personally owned by Ladage Bonton, with a clear provenance and proof of purchase where possible
  • Any future vintage items sourced externally undergo thorough expert examinations by professionals specialising in vintage designer fashion
  • We conduct a final quality check on each item before listing it for sale on our website

Cancelled Orders:

Please note that any cancelled orders will incur a 1% processing fee, which will be deducted from your refundable amount. This fee covers the cost of processing the cancellation.
